Administrative Staff

 

Cynthia Dias – Executive Director

Cynthia Dias Cynthia is a graduate from California University. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education as well as a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood. She is a member of Sigma Pi Epsilon Delta Honor Society for Special Education. She is also a member of Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society for Education. Cynthia has served on the Greene County Special Olympic Committee and has been an advocate for disabled individuals for over 34 years. She is presently a member of the Pennsylvania Council for Executives of the Arc. Member of the Arc of Pennsylvania as well as the Arc of the United States. In 2011, Cynthia was awarded the EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAR AWARD, from the Arc of Pennsylvania.

 

Amy Heckman – Assistant Administrator

Amy Heckman Amy is a graduate of the University of Slippery Rock. While there she earned her BS degree in 1999. She joined the staff of Greene Arc, Inc. in 2003. She began working in the Fiscal Department in Account Payable. She is Greene Arc's Assistant Administrator.

 

Tammy Houston – Director of Home & Community Habilitation

Tammy Houston Tammy is currently the Director of Home & Community Habilitation. She brings nearly twenty years experience to this department. Her experience includes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in the following areas: Residential Coordinator, Family Living Specialist, and Job Coaching. Tammy is a Certified Medication Administration Trainer. Presently, she directs a staff of more than 10 Residential Program Workers. Her experience helps Greene Arc, Inc. to offer choices to expand the opportunities for personal growth of the individuals that we serve.

 

Mary Keim – Director of Residential Services

Mary Keim Mary is a graduate of Seton Hill University, earning a BA in Theater/Communications. She began working in this field in 1988 on the direct care level. Bringing her years of experience, she joined the staff at Greene Arc, Inc. in 2003 as the Director of Residential Services. She is a Certified Medication Administration Trainer and Certified Incident Management Investigator through the Department of Public Welfare. Serves on the Greene County Quality Council and the Greene County Oral Health Task Force. Mary works with a team that enhances the services provided within all the Residential programs.

Sue Crow – Director of Human Services

Sue Crow Sue is a 1985 graduate of Waynesburg College. She earned a BA in English with Writing Emphasis/Psychology Minor. Before joining the staff of Greene Arc, Inc., she was an experienced Intake Interviewer for the Department of Labor. Sue has worked for Greene Arc, Inc. for over 18 years. She has spent most of that time as the Director of Human Resources/Administrative Services. The many years experience in this field enables Greene Arc to staff persons who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Mark Kesner – Director of Vocational Services

Mark Kesner Mark received his purchasing credentials through Quorum College of Material Resource Group located in Nashville Tennessee and Penn State University, Mckeesport Campus. He was an active member of PMAP, NAPM, ISHMM and the ASHMM. He is a Certified Medication Administration Trainer. Mark gained 30 years experience working at the former Greene County Memorial Hospital. He joined the Greene Arc staff in 2006 working as a Residential Supervisor. Mark brings his many years of experience to his present position, Director of Vocational Services.

Jim Womeldorff – Mental Health Recovery Director

Jim Womeldorff Jim earned his Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and is a Certified Field Associate of its Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation. Jim is exceptionally qualified and a national expert on Psychiatric Rehabilitation. Jim conducts a variety of staff training, technical assistance and program consultation relative to Mental Health Recovery and Psychiatric Rehabilitation. Bringing this knowledge and experience to Greene Arc, Jim is the Director of Mental Health Recovery.

Sheila Fullerton – Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation

sheila fullerton Sheila is a graduate of Waynesburg University. She earned her degree in Human Services with a Minor in Child Development. Sheila brings to Greene Arc a fresh and enthusiastic approach while conducting daily programming. Sheila is currently the Director of Greene Arc Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
