Adult Day Training
Greene Arc's Adult Day Training classroom works hard to provide community inclusion and engagement opportunities. We're also dedicated to helping individuals we serve by building a toolkit for life, behavioral, social, and self-regulation skills (skill building, personal hygiene, toileting support, social skills, and other skills focused on building independence for everyday lives). We strive to provide these services by utilizing fun, engaging, and unique learning opportunities and community events.
What We Develop
Social Skills
By engaging our individuals in activities that promote teamwork, verbalization, sharing and helping others, they learn much needed social skills. Outside of our facility, they are able to interact with the community with staff assistance, honing those skills even more.

Personal Hygiene
We all understand the importance of personal hygiene. Our ADT staff assists each individual, as is necessary, with their toileting and hand washing, encouraging them with proper techniques and helping them understand the why behind it.
Promoting Independence
Our goal is to promote the independence and employment of individuals with disabilities. Our staff facilitates independence by guiding our individuals to do as much as they can for themselves.
How To Get Started
Do you know someone who could benefit from our Adult Day Training Program? We'd love to give you a tour of our facility and discuss the Program with you!
