Executive Director

Travis is a graduate of the University of Mount Union. While there, he earned his BA degree in Psychology. Travis is also a graduate of Cleveland State University where he earned an MA in Psychology and Psy.S. in School Psychology. He is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Travis also holds the Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) credential, emphasizing his commitment to ethical psychiatric rehabilitation practices aiming to positively change the lives of individuals with serious mental illness to one of hope, self-determination, empowerment, and recovery. As an active member of Psi Chi, the National Psychology Fraternity and NASP, the National Association of School Psychologists, Travis demonstrates his dedication to both academic and professional communities. Formerly serving as the Mental Health Director for Greene Arc, Inc. from January 2014 to February 2024, he transitioned to the role of Executive Director in March 2024. Travis's affiliations also extend to the Arc of Pennsylvania and the Arc of the United States, reflecting his broader advocacy efforts. Travis's professional journey is underscored by his unwavering dedication to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and those on the path to mental health recovery. His tenure as Mental Health Director for Greene Arc, Inc., and subsequent appointment as Executive Director, exemplify his commitment to advocating for and uplifting these communities, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with compassion and expertise.

CFO / Assistant Administrator

Amy is a graduate of Slippery Rock University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree. She joined the Greene Arc staff in 2003, starting in the fiscal department in Accounts Payable. In 2010, she became the CFO and has the charge of the fiscal integrity for the organization as well as the annual fiscal audit. In 2011, she became the Assistant Administrator at Greene Arc, where she fulfills the administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Director. Amy is a member of the Provider Alliance and has been an advocate for people with disabilities for over 13 years.

Director of Residential  & Program Specialist Services

Mary is a graduate of Seton Hill University, earning a BA in Theater/ Communications. She began working in this field in 1988 on the direct care level. Bringing her years of experience, she joined the staff at Greene Arc in 2003 as the Director of Residential Services. In 2012, she assumed the responsibility of overseeing the Program Specialist Services as well. She is a Certified Medication Administration Trainer and Certified Incident Management Investigator through the Department of Human Services. She serves on Greene Arc's Quality Management Committee, Certified Investigator Peer Review Committee and Safety Committee. In her role as Director of Residential & Program Specialist Services, Mary works with a team that enhances the services provided within all the programs.

Director of Human Resources

Kim is a graduate of Mountain State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Kim joined our team in 2018 as a Program Specialist and transferred to her current position as Director of Human Resources in September, 2018. Kim began working in the field of mental health in 2000, which lead to a Supervisory role and becoming a certified trainer of Crisis Intervention, as well as CPR/First aid for several years. Kim is currently a Certified Medication Administrator Trainer and a Certified Investigator.  Kim also serves on Greene Arc’s Quality Management Committee, Safety Committee and the Certified Investigation Peer Review Committee. In her role as the Director of Human Resources, Kim is responsible for ensuring that all Greene Arc employees meet the licensing regulations and requirements of funding sources, to include training and personnel records.

Jessica Horton

Director of Mental Health Services

Jessica started her journey at Greene Arc in 2018 as a Certified Peer Specialist. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from California University of Pennsylvania in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology: Deviance, focusing on abnormal social behavior, addiction, child and elder abuse and domestic violence, among other topics. Jessica is currently enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health Master's Program at Pennsylvania Western University - California campus. She is expected to graduate in August of 2024. She is a member of Penn West University Student Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Lota Counseling Society: Beta Gamma Delta Chapter. Professionally she is a member of the American Counseling Association, American Rehabilitation Counseling Association and the Association of Specialists in Group Work. Jessica is committed to empowering individuals and promoting mental well-being in the community.

Patricia Arthur

Director of Community Programs

Patricia began working at Greene Arc, Inc. in 2008 as a Residential Program Worker. She later transferred to the Community Programs Department as a Community Program Aide. In February 2019, she was promoted to the position of Community Programs Director. She oversees the Community Programs such as Supported Living, Supported Employment, OVR and Representative Payee. She is Acres certified through Supportive Employment for job coaching and is a member of the Quality Management and Safety Committees.

Community Participation Supports Program Director

Minnie is a graduate of Waynesburg University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. In 2008, she began working in the Human Service field. In 2017 she completed the Community Builders of Greene County Leadership Program. Minnie is a member of the Older Adult Alliance Committee and the Safety Committee. She joined Greene Arc's team in 2021. In her role as CPS Program Director, she is responsible for Pre-Vocational and Adult Day Training as well as Transportation.
